Privacy notice
This notice describes the personal information collected by this site, how it is used and your rights, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
What we collect
The information you enter in our forms: first name, last name, role at the school, school name, email, phone, message and, for the kit, the mailing address. If you attach an estimate, the numbers you entered (number of students, spending per student) go with it. The site also keeps the code of the material that brought you here (letter, folder, email), with no advertising identifier.
Why
To respond to your request (meeting, kit, notice when the list tool opens) and to follow up with your school on behalf of the School Supply Service. No other use; your information is never sold or rented.
Who has access
The Éditions Vaudreuil School Supply Service team, and our customer relationship management tool, where your information is stored. This tool is hosted outside Quebec, with a provider contractually bound to protect it.
For how long
As long as it takes to handle your request and follow up with your school, then as long as the law requires. You may ask for its removal at any time.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses no advertising cookies. It keeps in your browser only what the forms need to work (for example, your current entries when you switch language).
Your rights
You may request access to your information, its correction or its removal by writing to the person in charge of the protection of personal information.
